First, in LD9.5 check under Reporting/Monitoring, Manage software list, Custom Data, to see if your registry keys are still being scanned.
Second, on the Core Server, open a console, go to Configure - Services - Inventory and click on Blocked Inventory Items. Check if you see your customdata there. Select acd click allow. Re-Inventoryscan your win7 laptop and it should show up again.
