    USB Boot Sticks (WinPE)

We have been noticing a lot lately that our USB boot sticks will break if the OSD template fails at some point. When I say break, I mean that it no longer functions and I can not reformat it either. So in other words it goes in the trash. There really is no specific point of failure that this occurs nor is it any specific model PC. At least that I have noticed. The only thing I can think of is if it could have something to do with USB 3.0 ports on the PCs?

      Any suggestions will be appreciated.
