    IF THEN LOGIC

Hi All,  Is there a way to build in "If Then" logic into a process?

      My example is:

IF {_Category} is = TO "Accounting" Assign {_Group} = "Change Manager - Accounting" in a process where you need a change manager specific to a development team.

Sure thing.  Process Designer has Decision boxes where you can follow either a yes or no branch.  The conditions that you can write can either be simple pick and choose an attribute and a value or user written calculations.  If you haven't used process designer I'd recommend a course if possible and for calculations there are a whole load of tutorials that LANDesk have published up here.

The above is a good point to start with calculations and the process designer manual is a reasonable read on general process development work.
