    LANDesk Service Desk Categorisation history query




      I'm currently running LANDesk Service Desk


      I have my system configured to give me several useful pieces of information under the Incident Tree including assignments, escalations point, notes and resolution history.


      What I'd like to know is, is it possible to also include a history of categorisation, specifically useful for tickets that have multiple categorisation during the ticket lifecycle.


      We'd also like to query this information in the Crystal Report application that's installed on our LANDesk server but we can't find the right table that stores, if it stores this information at all, the numerous instances of categories if a ticket is recategorised.


      Hopefully that makes sense.
