    Change default wording for a reminder\outbound email

      Apologies I have not had much training on the system I am trying to find out where in the system I can add my own custom wording to the reminder in the Incident process. I have set the system to use HTML for mail, I just can't find where I actually put the HTML code for the mail.

       

      This must be too simple and I am missing it.
