PXE on a domain controller is not a good idea. Target one of the workstations instead.
Generally it works on a DHCP server (I don't like it, because it's more work to do), but I wouldn't install PXE on DC!
On DHCP server you've to set in DHCP settings the IP of your PXE in no. 066 (TFTP boot...) and if you want to use more than one VLAN, add the IP helper address with link to your PXE server IP...
Taking all your advice, I sent out an old laptop with win 7 and pxe service + image to each of my sites.
I then created OSD scripts pointing to the image on the old laptop and published it.
Now I can image in place at all my sites.
