    Analyst cannot see any actions


      I have an Analyst that is unable to see any actions in Incidents. This worked correctly until yesterday, got an Int32 error and now not working correctly.

      I have changed them back to End User and back again to Analyst as thought Analyst account may have corrupted. This has not resolved the issue


      They cannot also launch incidents by double-clicking, have to right-click to launch.


      Anyone aware of this issue and know a resolution?
