For Incidents we have 2 levels of category, and a lot of the 2nd level categories are not unique. i.e. we have: 2003 Server - Error and 2008 R2 Server - Error.
When creating a mapping in Event Manager it only allows you to map to the Category.Title attribute and as such when a incident is logged it just chooses the first "Error" category it comes to, rather than being able to choose the Full Name category.
Is there any way round this?
