I don't think there is. I believe this is something that the needs to be addressed. You almost have to assume that the "Any" just indicates some form of a web access whether it be Self Service or Web Desk. I've spoken to support about this and this is there indication as well. I'm not sure if there is any enhancement requests out there but it would be nice to see one if there isn't.
I was afraid of that. I agree. If I don't hear anything else in a couple days, I'll submit the idea.
