Thanks for the response. I did end up installing the battery check on an HP 8470p. After running the check and scanning the inventory I still don't see anything show up in the inventory. The only place I see the "Hewlet-Packard" inventory tab is under "Inventory Change Settings" on the Core Console.
Any update on this? I am attempting to use HP Battery Check v18.104.22.168 on the HP 8560p; it runs fine on the client, client has the appropriate real-time bits for the landesk agent, but the report from the console isn't working.
The report 'GENERATES' when I select it, however the window that is displayed has no information in it. There is a SELECT DEVICES BY drop down box but nothing happens when I change that selection. The reporting tool simply isn't connecting to anything and so it doesn't work.
This happened for us last year with 9.0 SP3 and the HP plugin v1.3. We fixed it but I don't remember how. It seems like the same problem here.
