Did you use the "make available to client" ? Do a couple inventory scans on a system, not by right clicking on it, but go to manage scripts > all scripts, look for "inventoryscanner' and right click on it, schedule it, and then drag the system to the task and run it.
That or run it from the client.

yes, I configured "make available to customers," Now I will test the management scripts.

I tried several alternatives but that solved my problem was to recreate the files LDAPPL3 because there were many corrupt.
