    Support Group not appearing in the list to Re-Assign to

      This may be a silly question, but when an analyst tries to reassign an incident I have a support group that is not appearing in the list of groups to reassign to and I am wondering if something was done wrong when it was set up.

      It is one of the first support groups that was created when we first went to service desk years ago but no-one has really noticed the issue until recently. 

      All other support groups created at the same time and since appear in the reassign list.

      Can anyone advise?
