    Linking Incidents within response level emails

      Im trying to get the response level emails that go out to contain the link to the ticket. I have something similar already in the Incident process whereby when an update to an Incident is made, the outgoing email contains the line {$ApplicationSetting.ProcessApprover.WebAccessApproverURL$}, this generates a clickable link which takes the recipient straight to the Incident.

       

      I copied and pasted this line of text into the escalation of a response level. When i get an email for that level however, the link generated in the email looks like this

      https://servicedesk.lgmc.com/object/open.rails?class_name={Class/Module/Name}.{Class/Name}&key={Guid}

       

      instead of this

       

      https://servicedesk.lgmc.com/object/open.rails?class_name=IncidentManagement.Incident&key=f164ae5f-e7e2-4ee7-aab7-061183160d87
