    Linking Incidents within response level emails


      Im trying to get the response level emails that go out to contain the link to the ticket. I have something similar already in the Incident process whereby when an update to an Incident is made, the outgoing email contains the line {$ApplicationSetting.ProcessApprover.WebAccessApproverURL$}, this generates a clickable link which takes the recipient straight to the Incident.


      I copied and pasted this line of text into the escalation of a response level. When i get an email for that level however, the link generated in the email looks like this



      instead of this




      Any ideas on this topic ?
