In Landesk i can created ticket (new incident) by email.
But, i want to created resolution for ticket by email.
In Mapping i can't see Attribute Resolution
if i am add Attribute resolution on this coloum (Business Attribute), is It possible? How?
is there any other ideas to make the resolution of the email ?
You can only add a note as an update to a ticket.
Your process can have an automatic resolve action available to it when the last note has a certain phrase in its title.
