    HII Issues with Sysprep

    Apprentice

I am trying to create a Hardware Independant Image.  I have followed the documentation provided by Mike Ybarra and Jan Buelens.  I have created my master image on an HP dc7100 sff model PC and would like to deploy it to dc7600, dc7700 and dc7800.  I have tested redeploying it to the dc7100 and everything works fine.  When I try to deploy it to a new model I have issues.  The image will deploy to the PC and reboot.  After the initial reboot it is supposed to enter Sysprep mode.  Instead of entering sysprep, the PC gets stuck in a loop saying that it can not load Windows.  Try to load in Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking,Safe Mode with Command Prompt, Last Known Good Configuration or Start Windows Normally.

I have tried to go to safe mode as well as to start normally but it will not load and keeps rebooting.

The image is based up on XP Pro.  I have put all my drivers into the image, nothing is being injected through the scripts.  When I look at the log file for the deploy, it says that it has succeeded.

I thought it had something to do with the hard drive not being recognised so I added the Mass storage section to my Sysprep file.

Thanks in advance for anyone that can give me some insite.  I have been fighting with this for a few months now and have had no luck with anything.
