          Can you clarify the IMEI meaning? Are phone number and SSID reported values in the mobile device details? If so, what category are the reported under (i.e. general, realtime, network, custom, etc..)? If not, we could possible use the regprop feature to force those propertied to be reported but that feature depends on enabler verison.

          Please answer the above questions, and also let me know the enabler version so we can verify the supported features.

          Thanks,

          Nick

            Enabler v5.0-14, SSID (the device is connected to) and phone numbers are not values reported in the details or alerts. IMEI = International Mobile Station Equipment Identity - this is used by companies to lock and track mobile assets. I wash to add them ether through registry keys in the enabler / or anyway way you know of.

            PS I'm Working with 5.3.1

              If those values are indeed in the regisrty, then we can force the enabler to report those values by using the regprop feature. You would create a regprop.prf file and drop it in the avalanche\config folder on the device so that we are able to report those values.

              Here is a sample regprop.prf that should demonstate how to do this;

              # Wavelink property file.

              reg.prop.count=9

              reg.prop.0=Reg.ManageActiveSync

              reg.prop.1=Reg.InstallPath

              reg.prop.2=Reg.BinTest

              reg.prop.3=Reg.MultiSZTest

              reg.prop.4=Reg.Enabler802.11d

              reg.prop.5=Reg.Testdword

              reg.prop.6=Reg.Testdword2

              reg.prop.7=Reg.Groups

              reg.prop.8=Reg.CurrentTime

              reg.prop.Reg.ManageActiveSync.key=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Wavelink\\Avalanche

              reg.prop.Reg.ManageActiveSync.name=ManageActiveSync

              #reports:

              #ManageActiveSync="DWORD:0"

              reg.prop.Reg.InstallPath.key=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Wavelink\\Avalanche

              reg.prop.Reg.InstallPath.name=InstallDir

              #reports:

              #InstallPath="\Program Files\Wavelink\Avalanche"

              reg.prop.Reg.BinTest.key=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Wavelink\\Avalanche

              reg.prop.Reg.BinTest.name=BinaryData

              #reports:

              #BinTest="BIN:<22 Bytes>"

              reg.prop.Reg.MultiSZTest.key=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Wavelink\\Avalanche

              reg.prop.Reg.MultiSZTest.name=MultiSZData

              #reports:

              #MultiSZTest="MULTI_SZ:<3 Items>"

              reg.prop.Reg.Enabler802.11d.key=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Wavelink\\Unified Network Interface\\DDI

              reg.prop.Reg.Enabler802.11d.name=Enabler802.11d

              #reports:

              #Enabler802.11d="Dword:1"

              reg.prop.Reg.Testdword.key=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Wavelink\\Avalanche

              reg.prop.Reg.Testdword.name=testdword

              #reports: (this dword was manually added via RC)

              #testdword="Dword:47"

              reg.prop.Reg.Testdword2.key=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Wavelink\\Avalanche

              reg.prop.Reg.Testdword2.name=testdword2

              #reports: (this dword was added via amc config package)

              #testdword2="Dword:8018675309"

              reg.prop.Reg.Groups.key=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\ControlPanel\\Backlight

              reg.prop.Reg.Groups.name=Group

              #reports: Group

              #update=Dword=0

              reg.prop.Reg.CurrentTime.key=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\TIME

              reg.prop.Reg.CurrentTime.name=TimeZoneInformation

              NOTE that you will need to modify the regprop file to meet your needs.

              This is what you would see in Avalanche after dropping this sample regprop file on the device:

              rg.JPG

              Once you have the properties reported in Avalanche you can create custom columns or use this as selection criteria.

              Hope this helps.

              Thanks,
