a few of our users are still experiencing these 'Class Type not Specified" errors when saving an Incident via Self Service.
We suspect that this may be down to .Net or browser versions (for example, we don't get the errors on 64-bit IE).
Does anyone know what could cause these errors and how we could fix things?
Are you using load balancing by any chance?
I have had this same error and we are using load balancing, what are you suggesting Stu (if you remember from 2013)?
I'm on ServiceDesk 7.7.3.
