Class type not specified error when taking an action

there is very little help on these 'class type not specified' errors and I hope someone can point me in the right direction on this one.

I have a single user in a role that allows him to take an 'authorised' action on a change.

When he takes this action it throws the error shown below.

If I add the role to another user he doesn't get this error (but I'm not sure if it is related to the actual change record itself).

I also can't replicate this error in our DEV environment.

Any ideas how to expand on these sort of errors?

There is nothing in the Event Logs on the Web or Application servers and I'm not sure if error logging would help.

These 'unexpected errors' appear to be .NET errors that aren't normally handled in the same way by Touchpaper.

      Hope you can help,
