Error: can not find AMT credentials set in "Intel vPro options"

    Rookie

      Dear all,

I'm running LANDesk 9.0 SP4 and having trouble with vPro/AMT. I have configured a proper password in "Intel vPro options | General Configuration" and entered the same password on the client machine. Afterwards I created PID/PPS to use with the client and configured the client with both IDs.

      From AMTDiscService.log:

Using the Intel Manageablity Director Tool I can provision and access the vPro/AMT device (using the same password).

Looking at the various LANDesk & AMT manuals, it is always written that the "Intel vPro/AMT Service" should be configured using the "Configure Service"-Tool. Unfortunately, there is not "Intel vPro/AMT" tab where I could configure any *additional* credentials.

      Any ideas?

PS.: Please let me know if you need any additional data.
