    limit the actions available to the end user in self service portal


      We have the self service portal setup with specific views set for the end user to log new Incidents and when they open an incident it shows a custom view just for the end user. however the actions still display, this shows all the actions that the Analysts would use. All I need the end user to do is to view any notes added and to add new notes of their own.


      The end user is accessing the incident from a query in the self service portal, is it possible to change the query so when clicked it displays a different screen other than the incident screen for example?
