Does anyone else manage Projects within Sevice Desk?
We are a SaaS company and there are often projects running, some generate incidents/problems/requests and changes. To enable use to manage this and link it all together and give greate transparancy internally, i would like to manage the Projects within the Service Desk Product.
Has anyone else done this? I considered creating a bespoke process within Change, but before going too far down the line would like some external input.
