I've password protected the PXE boot menu, and all is working well. However, some GX620's lock up at the password screen. The password screen loads to choose the PXE image, but nothing happens when "ENTER" is pressed. I've tried using multiple keyboards. I even used one keyborad that worked perfectly on another GX620. So far, I've come across two GX620's that are doing this. The GX620's are all USB, and are working normally otherwise. Has anyone else had a problem with this?
Try replacing the files we use with the latest version from SYSLINUX first:
We use PXELINUX.0 and menu.cfg. The other are just config files. Replace those with the latest version.
If the issue persists, then please report this to them.
If the new files resolve it (or if they resolve it in the future), then contact support and have LANDesk update the files in our next Service Pack.
Updating the PXELINUX.0 file from version fixed the problem on all GX620's that were displaying the issue:[syslinux-3.63.zip|http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/boot/syslinux/syslinux-3.63.zip] (http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/boot/syslinux/)

Glad to know the newer version works.
