Been looking for this one, any idea how do we set some sort of notification to prevent users from attaching attachment data more than 4mb (the default one, we will not increase this one). I've been trying to use calculation but the attachment data value will only return the filename, just wonder if we can extract the file size value as i check in the db there are file size value in the attachment file info.
I stuck a text box on the window stating the max size is 4GB which has helped
What about inbound mail? Now it is allowed to send any size attachment by mail. Do I ned to filter big attachments on mail server side?
yup did that but there are just some people that not read that and then when they submit the incident, the dreadfull maximum request length exceeded error comes up, and they complain they have to type in everything back...
