We use the Request functionality and I've been asked to find out who has fulfilled Request tickets. Try as I might, I can't find an attribute OOTB in Request that lists the current status, and who worked on a Request ticket. I'd need to be able to report on all possibilities (we use management and IT authorisation so I'd like to see what's sat with them).
Has anyone discovered the magic attribute to show what status a request ticket is at? Would you use 'last updated by' to find the last person to work on a ticket? (we do post-ticket triage so I may end up with my incident coordinator's stats being skewed in her favour, however!)
