I'm guessing you have enabled SSL for the web console? We do and ran into the same error with DA - ERP. We are using a self-signed certificate; this cert needs to be installed on the machine you are tying to run and save the reports on.
There are a number of sites that describe how to install a missing certificate via Internet Explorer. Check one out and follow the instructions. After you get your cert installed on your desired machine, open the report's webpage and change the URL to match the certs Issued to field. So if it was issues to myserver.mydomain.com, make sure it's in your report's URL. If you open the web page and do not receive a cert error or warning, you should be able to run and save the report.
The certificate is installed on the Trusted Root Certification Authority, but I cannot save the report.
First, are you accessing the report via https? If so then you need to do this on your machine that you are running reports on in the following order.
- Install the web console's site certificate to the local machine
- Open the report's web page, you must change the server URL to match your certificate. (so if your report url is https://myserver/remote/report... you must change 'myserver' to match your certificate > https://myserver.mydomain.com/remote/report...
If you can open the report without getting any certificate error but you still seeing error, try this > http://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-26825/diff?secondVersionNumber=7. Also make sure the permission to the report directory are set properly.
The certificate was installed on machine. But when I open the remote\report url I receive the Certificate Error: Navigation blocked.
I ran the SCHEDREP /I command. But I keeping don't saving the reports.
Thanks for your help.
