I'm about to log a case about this as well.
My Integrated login stuff works perfectly, but token based just gives an error. From the documenation it appears that the only thing you need to do is to make sure the user has an network login setup within landesk - which my users do.
My web person did however question why the Mobile SelfService website was set to use windows authentication
It's the same for me. Integrated Login works perfect, but Token based for Mobile dosn't...
Hi Fabian, Elizabeth,
The only gotcha I can think of is to make sure that both your Mobile Self Service instance and the Web Access it uses are both set to Token Only authentication. If they are mis-matched then you won't get far. Other than that there is no specific configuration required.
If you could give more details on what exactly is or isn't happning I might be able to offer more advice.
Thanks Stu - that must be it. It does not say anywhere that you need to have both on Token Only.
I'll give that a try too.
I'm getting this error in WebAccess
There was an error deserializing the object of type STS.SAMLTokenReturn. Encountered unexpected character '<'.
for me it is working now.
I had to change one setting within Configuration Centre, so that the SelfService Framework pionts to http://LOCALHOST/servicedesk.webaccess instead of http://SERVERALIAS/servicedesk.webaccess (the serveralias for me is something like http://support.companyname.com only configured within DNS-Server)
