    run schedule action on current status

      We have a schedule bulk action that runs daily against tickets on work schedule and send out notification if the schedule date is in the past.

       

      The problem is that the schedule action runs on previous work schedule as well(for instance if ticket has been placed on work schedule for 3 times, the action also runs against the previous 2). We need this to only run on the current . does anyone have a solution to this.
