    Not allow ticket to be closed until mandatory fields are filled out

      I have encountered a bug in WebDesk 7.6 that will let you complete a ticket without filling out mandatory fields.  Has anyone used a way or know of a way to do a check prior to the Resolved option being available that will verify that all mandatory fields are filled out?  I could do an action at the beginning and have it be the only action that can be taken to complete mandatory fields but I would like to try the precondition as well.
