    Want to delete all tickets (any status) in my helpdesk system

      Hi there,

       

      I've been using Request Management to test and build out my processes. Somewhere down the line I managed to generate over 11,000 tickets by somehow telling my outbound e-mail account to e-mail itself. As a result, I'd like to delete all the existing requests in the system and start from scratch.

       

      I don't want to delete my database, just erase the values in the tables. Even if I have to recreate the users, I'll do that. Can someone help please?
