Probably a very obvious one, but I struggled when we had our first Major Incident this morning...
So, a little bundle of end users raised tickets reporting the same problem, and I raised one and declared it a Major Incident.
However, I couldn't see an easy way to link the already-raised tickets by the other users to my Major Incident. I could add affected users but that spawns new child incidents for them.
Is there an easy way to bundle existing incident tickets under the umbrella of a Major Incident, and if so: how can I do it?
We are using 7.5.1 OOTB (mostly).
