    Query Question


      It is possible to design a query in service desk that will capture both assignments and tasks in a single query when basing the query on the incident module?  I am looking to capture every incident that and analyst has an assignment or a task on and display them in a single query on the web client .  I know I can do that when basing the query off of the Process module, but the analysts wanted to have the incident priority, which the process module is unable to grab.  I thought I had one working, but numbers are not properly adding up.


      Any assitance would be appreciated. We are running 7.5
