    Service Desk emailed a whole Dept ?


      One of the analysts reassigned a task back to another analyst and wrote a comment above the preformatted area of the task window, the system should have emailed just the new assignee but the email went out to everybody within the IS Dept. I checked the task process and the task assignment notification email is supposed to only go out to


      Process/_SupportGroup (which was correctly selected) and Process/_Analyst (which was also correctly selected)


      Im at a loss as to where to begin troubleshooting, this is also not the first time this has happened but i have only just gotten around to investigating. Does anyone have any ideas or may have seen this ?
