Error 21 - Caused by a network timeout when transferring the winpe image file.

Could be many reasons for the timeout.

This error happens when the machine you are imaging is unable to download the peboot.img file from the PXE Representative.

Most of the time this happens because the PXE Representative machine has a vpn client installed which modifies the MTU size on the NIC.

              Look in this reg key:

              HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces

On the PXE representative, set the MTU value to 1500 for each network interface. Ignore any interfaces that do not specify an MTU value.

Also make sure the windows firewall isnt running on the pxe rep.

Let me know how it goes.
