In this screenshot, what happens if you populate "Sites" in your drop down? It seems like the grayed out boxes are attributes associated with your Sites object and should populate based on what is in the Sites form.
Site = North Carolina
Site Name = NC
Addr1 = 123 something
City = Raleigh
Site may be North Carolina but the sub fields (grayed out) are read only fields that get populated based on my Site chosen from the drop down list.
Thank you for your response. The 'sites' object isn't supposed to be there. I have deleted it, as I'd like to be able to populate my sites table at the same time I'm populating my Users table. As well, my reference lists which are their own objects. To sum up, I would like all of these to be created in the same window and updated simultaneously.
The reason I've separated 'Sites' from my 'Users' table is because sometimes Sites can have multiple users, and I'd like to import and associate these separately - or be able to create them on the fly.
I guess I'd like to be able to drop down and choose existing sites, or create an entire new entry from within my process. I'm so frustrated with LANDesk. I can't seem to figure anything out easily.
I just spent 8 hours and got nothing done today.

You can choose existing site or create new one from process - just set "site" label "Show hyperlink" = true, then you can select existing site from drop down, or create new just in one click on "site" link. An "Site" window should pop-up, just fill-in, and click ok. This way works for me, in many places, where I have to create new entry in locations, agreements, and so on. When You click on link, where any site is already choosen, site details appears.
This is helpful, mariusz.
I wonder though, since I have multiple tables that I would have to link, whether there is a way to simply link the entire 'Add End User' process into my workflow with one hyperlink.
If I recall, this can be done but I don't remember how.
link by link, as described above? maybe a window with all User properties, each as a link, and this way prepare complete set of data?
