Update: I uninstalled/reinstalled a few times and now I'm getting the same error as in this discussion:
RollingLog : The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.
Please open a case with support and request patch LD95-SP1-CP_SMARTVUE-2013-0823
Thanks! The patch has us mostly fixed, still working with support though as the Service Desk data is not populating.
Log has this error:
RollingLog : Bypassing ServiceDesk.xml because the XML datasource type (LANDesk Service Desk) doesn't match the connection datasource type (LANDesk Management Suite).
EDIT: Solved, I followed the instructions in http://kb.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-28536 to run LDGatherdata.exe with the /pull switch.
