Has anyone setup their system to filter out incoming emails that update existing incidents to remove things like the original text and footers from the reply?
Currently the system send s out html mail, which the users can reply to to update the Incident. In most cases the reply contains the orignial email sent by the system and a footer. Would liek to cut these out. So for example we have a logo in the mail that goes out so any wording after the logo is stripped from the reply somthing like that.
