    Reply message not sent on invalid user

      Our system is setup to not create users automatically if inbound emails are sent from unknown seners.  I would expect that a bounce message be sent to let the sender know that his/her email was invalid.  This does not happen.  I see in user Settings it shows "You are not a valid user of the System." in the Invalid user box.  How do I turn this feature on?  We are running Service Desk 7.5
