This doens't help at our situation. After backing up the bases directory and copying from another computer and then restart the problem still consists. As i now see, there are only Windows 2000 SP4 Computer affected.
Does no one have the same problem?
in the meantime we've installed MiniRollup-02-08 and Rollup-05-08, and then we make a schedulded task for updating the outlook plugin, but with no effect. After Update the service is down and cannot be started (Access Denied-Message in the eventlog) and after machinereboot, the service hangs in stopping.
