    Using Add Note with ability to email other users from the note

      Has anyone setup a CC field for the Add Note action, we have a requirement to allow Analysts to CC other servicedesk users in on a note that is added to an Incident. After Add Note we have a amandatory ADD REMONDER action that sends a HTML email, currently the email only goes to the rasie user.

       

      Is it possible to setup a Field to allow the addition of one or more additional users to be CC'd in on the email adhoc? I can't work this out for one additional email address let alone the option for multiple addresses so wondering if anyone has something similar setup?

          We use Add Note so the analysts can send updates to the end users, this sends an automated HTML mail using Add Reminder. The strange thing is that when the Reminder is sent and shows in the history if you click the reminder you get a Addrecipient action and can resend the reminder to other recipients. I can see how this works?

           

          Is it possible to get the add recipient action on to the add note window, so the Analysts clicks add note and has this same action available to add recipients. This would be ideal I just can't see how this add recipient is crated and associated with the add reminder as it only show when opening the reminder from the history!

           

          Any Ideas??
