the first, i have a problem with crystal report (u212com.dll error). i'm using landesk service desk 7.6.1 and crystal report 2008.
I'm trying to follow this document http://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-24897 but the result is not success and the *.bat file just blink and the CRUF*.dll doesn't register on C:\WINDOWS\assembly.
my question is, is there any other option since the admin document landesk service desk 7.6.1 doesn't inform anything about registering CRUF*.dll

Service Desk 7.6.1 shouldn't come with any resports that require Crystal libraries. Could you confirm which report you are trying to run?
