    Mail Not Sending from Fixed Group

      Hi All,


      having a bit of trouble with this seemingly simple issue...


      I have a reminder in a request process that notifies the raise user and a fixed group once the request has been fulfilled.  The Raise User is ALWAYS notified via email without any trouble however the Group has never been notified and the email is not even being generated by the sytem.


      The group is a supplier with a user who has been set up to receive group emails.


      I've included a snapshot of the automated reminder below.  The Notify Specified Recipients does not appear to be firing in my opinion which may be as a result of the Is Active not being selected(?), however this seems to be locked so I can't get the check box ticked.


      Any help is much appreciated.
