I just created a windows 8 master image using Landesk 9.5 sp1. I created it on a 40GB partition and successfully deployed it however I need to make a change then, capture it and re-deploy it. I am unable to shrink the volume down in order to capture it on the smallest partition possible. Is there a way to do this so that I can update my images?
Use Partition Manager
Thanks for the suggestion, I downloaded the trial but still would not let me resize the partition. I guess I will have to just create a new image.
Download Ubuntu or Linux Mint and use GParted or use GPArted Live.
Also, when you deploy your image to make the changes and recapture for new image you can copy your OSD script, and rename it. Right click the new copied script, select Advance Edit, scroll down, find and delete this line"REMEXEC45=ldrun diskinfo extend_last_partition"
rename the remaning lines to 46, 46,47....
Save and use this script when you need to deploy the image to modify it.
