It appears to be communicating with Lenovo and retrieving some data from their site. The service says its adding some and could not add others.

When I have a look at the inventory for the devices that data has been "added" there is no addational data, no warranties option in the inventory.

      1. Where is the added data/how do I get it to appear in the inventory?
      2. Why couldn't the service add values to other devices?
      3. Are there error logs I can view to understand what is happening and what the issue is?

      Thanks for any help!

What you are seeing is the only log available.  This data should show up when you look at the inventory for a device, you will see a Warranties component that will list all the warranties that were found.  In the aboce example, Device 2 and 19 did not work.  I would find there computer whose id is 2 and then drag and drop it on the Lenovo rule and see if it still gets the error.  If it does and the data is not added to inventory I would open a call with support.

Did you find the solution to this issue? We have the same problem with HP devices...

            Thank you
