Chances are if you look in the import log you'll see where it is trying to import your Analysts in as End Users and there is a type mismatch.
If you don't have a log creating, in your Data Import mapping on the bottom right side you can set a location for a log to be placed. I would advise doing this and that log will give you why it's not import successfully. Odds are there are a few items it had to skip for whatever reason.
Does is skip items or does it stop the import? I only ask because i have have a number of end users not appear even after the import is done.
