The link between locking data and the record that's being locked cannot be directly queried in Service Desk, so what you are asking would be difficult to achieve.
Locking data is stored separately in a table called tps_lock_item, which you can query in Service Desk, although the data you get out of it wont be very meaningful without writing an SQL script.
Perhaps you could raise an enhancement request for this feature?
