    PowerShell Task on Windows 8.1

Has anyone tried running a Powershell scheduled task on a WIndows 8.1 machine?  I have a script that works fine on Windows 7, but fails on Windows 8.1.  The error I get is "PowerShell or it's prerequisites (e.g. .NET Framework) are not present on the client.".  I can run the script directly on the client (i.e. not through LANDesk) and it runs fine, so I know the script is good and will work.  My suspicion is that it has something to do with either PowerShell 4 or .NET 4 which are both standard on WIndows 8.1.  Win 8.1 doesn't have previous versions on .NET installed by default.
