That process is used with Software store and the auto removal of software. LDDA 9.07 is old and no longer full supported there has been changes to Software store since then.
The only documentation I have is for LDDA 9.5
For more information on software store.
The sections in question is Editing Application Auto Uninstall Settings
Please note that Software store is an older technology and has been disabled in LDDA 9.51 and above. You can talk to support to reenable it if you are still using if you upgrade you LDDA. There is no further sustaining work being done on Software Store.
First I had installed LDDA 9.5 , then I upgraded it to LDDA 9.53. But, I afraid that "Managed Planet Software Store " services remained active on the core server. In the management console I don not see any "Software store" tab. I suppose that upgrade to 9.53 should remove these not suported services but i see that it did but not consistently.
How I could remove it from my system ?
It has been deprecated/made legacy but not fully removed at this time(subject to change). If you are not using Software store you can safely set it to Disabled and then stop it. If you are using it please contact support and they can work on getting it renabled for you. But please keep in mind no further sustain(bug fixes) will be done for Software store.
Per Jason's Jan 10th post, we disabled the Services and this has improved performance tremendously (thank you again Jason). These services restart after a reboot, so just add the STOP to your post-reboot checklist.
If you set the services to manual start, yuo should be safe, even after reboot :)
