I assume you are using OSD?
If you are, I would recommend moving over to Provisioning.
Provisioning offers a lot of flexibility. You are able to chain together various actions.
This may include imaging a disk, then imaging another disk, etc.
I would recommend looking at the following page:
Are you talking about more than one drive letter or more than one physical disk? The default behaviour in LANDesk is to just work with one disk as it is expecting standard workstations that would only generally have one physical disk as disk 0.
If you use OSD, you can do an advanced edit and find the lines that talk about the image capture and duplicate them so that you get two captures, or as Dave suggests you can look at OS provisioning which has flexibility but not the easy wizard interface.
