I reccomend you report these issues to your support team.
This has been reported to our server support team, our email service is working fine.
I have checked the Landesk Server event log, this has not given any errors - what I will do next is query Tps_user_message & Tps_user_message_Recipient on our database to see if the email notifications are being generated.
Sorry I meant your LANDesk support team. You could trying going through the enclosed, but if you think there are still issues I'd use your support contract with LANDesk to get them dealt with.
