    End User unable to 'unresolve' incident in self service


      I have an End User who had the following error when trying to Unresolve an incident:


      Authorisation failure. User is not authorised to perform Delete operations on the Process.ProcessWorkload class type.


      This is of course quite true and correct, but what has this to do with unresolving an incident which the users role does have authorisation to do?  I suspect either a glich/hiccup in the system - I don't see how it can be user error as deleting anything is not an option anyway - but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced anything similar before reporting back to the user.
