Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to disable the auto knowledgebase search in the LANDesk service desk console on a per-client basis?
I'm referring to the feature that causes my Service Desk Console to hang for long periods (can be 10 secs or more) when attempting to paste/type/tab from the summary field when logging tickets. It is used to populate the tabs along the bottom for CIs, Categories and User Filters.
I do not want to disable this globally for everyone as some users may find this feature useful. I have no need for it and it slows down the ticket logging process considerably.
Is there a line in a config file or anything in my installation dir that I can comment out in order to disable the knowledgebase search?
